Store Policy

• We only offer store credit within the first 30 days of your purchase.

• No store credit will be offered and/or issued after 30 days.

Eligibility Store Credit

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Full credit on purchase price only.

• If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

• Exchanges (if applicable)

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Shop@Delicesdecor.com for further information

• The following are exempt from store credit: Custom Candles

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your store account or coupon in the amount of the approved credit.

• If you have done all of this and you still have not received your store credit yet, please contact us at Shop@DelicesDecor.com and/or 813-428-8871.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable!
